About Me...

I'm Beth, founder of Grace & Grit Barre

I've been a dancer since childhood, and movement has always been a huge part of who I am. Fitness and wellbeing have long been passions of mine, but it was after the birth of my first baby that I discovered the transformative power of barre. 

What started as a way to exercise, Barre gave me strength, focus and calm in a time of change - and throughout my second pregnancy, it became my self-care. I credit it with helping me recover faster, feel stronger, and stay grounded both physically and mentally. 

That journey inspired me to not only teach barre, but to support others. I'm now a qualified barre instructor with BarreConcept with the aim to bring inclusive, empowering movement to as many people as possible.

 

At Grace & Grit, I combine elegant, dance inspired movement with functional strength - always with a focus on mindful, accessible, feel-good fitness. Whether you're a new mum like I was, a seasoned mover, or totally new to barre, you're welcome here.
